Duplicate PDF Pages

Repeat every page of a PDF back-to-back, or repeat the whole document end-to-end — for handouts, multi-copy forms and print runs.

About this tool

Sometimes the job is simply "the same again": handouts for a room, several copies of a signed form, a print run of one document. This tool repeats a PDF two to ten times — each page back-to-back, or the whole document end-to-end — and states the resulting page count on the result card.

Pages are embedded whole rather than redrawn, so text stays selectable and quality is untouched. The 500-page ceiling is the same one the other PDF tools enforce, and the tool says so before you start instead of failing halfway.

How to use Duplicate PDF Pages

  1. Choose up to 20 PDF files (20 MB each).
  2. Choose 2–10 copies, and whether each page repeats itself or the whole document repeats.
  3. Download — the result states the new page count before you rely on it.

Keep the original files and inspect the exported result before publishing or sharing it.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between the two modes?

"Each page" gives 1,1,2,2 — right for double-sided handouts of single sheets. "Whole document" gives 1,2,1,2 — right when each copy is a complete set.

Is there a page limit?

Yes: the result is capped at 500 pages, the same limit as the other PDF tools. Split large documents first.

Does duplication change quality?

No. Pages are embedded whole, never rasterised; text stays selectable.

Are encrypted PDFs supported?

No. Encrypted or password-protected PDFs are rejected. Export an unlocked copy first.
