Video watermark remover
Remove a fixed-position watermark or logo from a video you own. Drag a box over the mark and the FFmpeg delogo filter blends it away locally — nothing is uploaded.
About this tool
This tool hides a fixed-position video watermark — a corner logo, channel bug or burned-in stamp — with FFmpeg’s delogo filter, which interpolates the boxed area from the pixels around it on every frame. The FFmpeg engine runs inside your browser tab, so the video is re-encoded on your own device and never uploaded.
Delogo has strict conditions, and the page states them rather than hiding them: the mark must stay in exactly the same position and size for the whole clip, and whatever was behind the mark is approximated, so detailed scenes can look blurred where the logo sat. Speed depends on your device, resolution and clip length, which is why short clips under about two minutes are the sensible scope.
How to use Video watermark remover
- Choose a short video you own or have the right to edit (MP4, MOV, WebM, MKV or AVI, up to 100 MB).
- Scrub the preview to confirm the watermark never moves, then drag a tight box that fully covers it.
- Run Remove, watch the cleaned preview in the page, then download the MP4 (audio is copied unchanged).
Keep the original files and inspect the exported result before publishing or sharing it.
Frequently asked questions
What does “fixed position” mean?
The watermark must stay in the same place, at the same size, for the whole video — a corner logo or channel bug is ideal. A watermark that moves, fades in and out or changes size cannot be removed with this filter.
How does delogo work?
The FFmpeg delogo filter interpolates the boxed area from the pixels around it on every frame. It hides the mark convincingly on simple backgrounds; detailed scenes behind the logo will look blurred or smeared.
How long does processing take?
The video is re-encoded on your device, so speed depends on your hardware, the resolution and the clip length. A short 720p clip typically takes under a minute on a desktop; a long 1080p video can take many minutes. Keep clips under about two minutes.
Are my videos uploaded?
No. The FFmpeg engine runs inside your browser tab. The engine program (about 32 MB) downloads once when you first run it; your video never leaves the device.
What happens to the sound?
The audio track is copied unchanged. Only the video picture is filtered and re-encoded (H.264 in an MP4 container).
Should I remove watermarks from videos I found online?
Only edit videos you own or have the right to edit. Stripping a creator’s mark from someone else’s video to reuse it is not a legitimate use.
