Resize PDF Pages

Rebuild a PDF at a standard sheet size — A4 or Letter — with every page fitted and centred, aspect preserved.

About this tool

Portals ask for A4; the export came out as Letter; the scans are three sizes in one file. This tool rebuilds a PDF on a single standard sheet size — A4 or Letter — fitting every page inside it, centred, never stretched, with landscape pages automatically given landscape sheets.

Because pages are embedded rather than rasterized, text stays selectable and print quality is preserved; small pages simply gain margin and oversized pages scale down to fit.

How to use Resize PDF Pages

  1. Choose up to 20 PDF files (20 MB each).
  2. Pick A4 or Letter (or keep the original size).
  3. Download the resized PDFs.

Keep the original files and inspect the exported result before publishing or sharing it.

Frequently asked questions

Why resize pages?

Portals and printers often demand a standard sheet. Resizing normalizes mixed-size documents — scans, exports and slides — onto one size.

Is content stretched?

Never. Each page is scaled to fit inside the target sheet and centred; landscape pages get landscape sheets.

Is text still selectable?

Yes — pages are embedded as real PDF pages, not images.

Are encrypted PDFs supported?

No. Encrypted or password-protected PDFs are rejected. Export an unlocked copy first.
