Listing quality audit
Audit a product listing against a fixed platform rubric: local hard checks for length, banned claims and keyword coverage, plus a six-dimension scorecard with quoted problems and fixes.
About this tool
Listing copy usually fails in boring, checkable ways: a title that is too short, bullets that say nothing, a banned claim, target keywords that never appear. This audit separates those hard failures from judgment calls. Length, casing, bullet depth, banned-claim and keyword-coverage checks run as deterministic local rules first — they cannot be talked out of a finding — and only then does the model score the listing on six fixed rubric dimensions.
Because the rubric and weights live in the tool rather than in a prompt you improvise, two listings get comparable scores, and your own listing can be re-audited after edits to prove it improved. Each model issue quotes the exact copy it refers to and proposes a concrete fix, and the whole report exports as Markdown or JSON.
How to use Listing quality audit
- Add your provider API key in the key panel.
- Pick the platform, paste title, bullets, description and your keyword list.
- Run the audit: hard checks run locally first, then the model scores six fixed dimensions.
- Work through the issue table — each issue quotes the exact copy it refers to — and export the report.
Keep the original files and inspect the exported result before publishing or sharing it.
Frequently asked questions
Why two kinds of checks?
Hard problems (over-length titles, banned claims, missing keywords) are deterministic — local rules catch them every time. Judgment calls (benefit clarity, specificity) are scored by the model against the same fixed rubric, so scores are comparable between runs.
Which platforms are covered?
Amazon, Shopify and eBay presets, which adjust length and claim rules.
Will it rewrite my listing?
It gives a concrete fix per issue, not a full rewrite — you stay in control of your copy.
Where does my copy go?
Only to the AI provider behind your own key, directly from your browser.
