AI translator
Translate text between 30 languages with your own OpenAI, Claude or Gemini API key. Private by design: key and text stay with you and the provider.
About this tool
Translation powered by a large language model, using your own API key for OpenAI, Anthropic or Google. It covers 30 languages including English, Spanish, French, German, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Arabic and Hindi, can auto-detect the source language, and accepts up to 50,000 characters per request, so long documents can be translated in a few passes.
Because the model reads the whole passage rather than word by word, idioms, register and tone generally come across more naturally than with dictionary-style translation. Your text goes only to the provider you selected, over HTTPS. For legal, medical or contractual documents, treat the output as a strong draft for a qualified human translator rather than a final text.
How to use AI translator
- Save your provider API key in the key panel.
- Choose source and target languages, paste the text.
- Translate and copy the result.
Keep the original files and inspect the exported result before publishing or sharing it.
