LOCAL FILES. CLEAR RESULTS.

Combine PDF Files

Combine PDF files into a single ordered document without uploading them anywhere. Add up to 20 PDFs, process locally in your browser and download the combined file.

Combine scattered PDFs into one deliverable

A report in three parts, a contract with annexes, scans saved page by page — combining turns them back into one file a recipient can actually read. The PDF tool on this page joins up to 20 PDFs in the order you list them, allowing 20 MB per file, 80 MB per batch and up to 500 pages of output, then hands you a single download.

Order is the whole job

The tool includes every page of every file, in selection order, keeping each page's original size. That makes the file list the one thing worth reviewing before you run it: the first file's pages come first. Page-level surgery — dropping pages or rearranging within a file — belongs to the Extract operation in the same tool. Two cautions from experience: encrypted PDFs are rejected, and a rebuild invalidates digital signatures and can drop bookmarks or form features, so proofread the combined file before it goes out. The companion pages walk through the same operation as merge PDF and cover building a document from images in JPG to PDF.

Combined locally, kept locally

No upload step exists in this workflow. Your documents are read, joined and downloaded by your own browser.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between combining and merging PDFs?

Nothing in practice — both words describe joining several PDFs into one file in a chosen order. This page and the merge page run the same operation in the same tool.

Can I combine PDFs of different page sizes?

Yes. Each page keeps its own dimensions as it is copied into the combined document, so a mix of A4, Letter and odd-sized pages stays exactly as it was.

What are the batch limits?

Up to 20 files per batch, 20 MB per file and 80 MB in total, with at most 500 pages in the combined output. Phones may handle smaller batches more comfortably than desktops.

Will links and bookmarks inside the PDFs still work?

Page content is copied, but document-level features are not guaranteed: bookmarks, attachments and metadata may change or be lost, form behaviour can differ, and digital signatures become invalid after the rebuild. Check the result before distributing it.

Is it safe for confidential files?

The combining happens entirely in your browser — no server receives your files, so confidential reports and personal documents are never transmitted or stored anywhere.
